Terms of Service

Welcome to MedLadder. By accessing or using our website and app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

MedLadder is an online question bank and practice platform for FMGE, NEET PG, INI-CET and NEET SS exam preparation, offering MCQs, previous-year questions, explanations, and performance tracking.

2. Accounts

• You must sign in to use most features, including via Google Sign-In.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Some content and features are available only with a paid "Pro" subscription.
• Payments are processed securely in Indian Rupees (INR) through our certified payment partner, Razorpay. Supported payment methods include UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, and NetBanking.
• Subscription plans grant digital access for the specified duration (e.g., 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, or 1 Year) from the date of activation.
• We may update pricing or plans for new purchases; changes do not retroactively affect an active subscription term.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Digital Content Nature: Because MedLadder provides immediate access to digital study materials, topic questions, answer keys, and previous-year question banks upon payment, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once activated.
• Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions: If your account is debited multiple times for a single subscription, or if you were charged but Pro access was not granted due to a technical failure, please notify us within 7 days at 88mirbilal@gmail.com with your Payment ID (e.g. pay_...). Verified duplicate charges will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Subscription Expiration: Subscriptions automatically expire at the end of the purchased term and do not renew automatically unless recurring billing was explicitly enabled.

5. Acceptable Use

• Share your account or Pro access with others, or resell/redistribute content from the Service.
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce questions, explanations, or other content for redistribution.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, security measures, or payment requirements.
• Use the Service in any way that disrupts or harms MedLadder, other users, or third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on MedLadder, including questions, explanations, design, and branding, is owned by MedLadder or its licensors. You may use it only for personal, non-commercial exam preparation.

6. Educational Content Disclaimer

MedLadder is intended to support exam preparation. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free or that using the Service will result in any particular exam outcome.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account that violates these Terms, engages in abuse, or for other legitimate operational or legal reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedLadder and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including exam results.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
